1. Who are we?

Apparel by Preet is a one-woman solo project creating unique, limited-edition casual and Japanese-inspired apparel, with a strong focus on Petite T-shirts that actually fit well and feel good to wear for people under 5ft. Alongside the petite fit, I work with small independent artists to bring bold yet simple designs to life, while working with a local printing supplier to produce the T-shirt.

Every piece is designed with care and intention, from fit to final print. This isn’t mass-produced fashion; it’s small-batch apparel made to feel personal, wearable, and a little more meaningful.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

  • Regular orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
  • Pre-order production takes up to 2–4 weeks after you place your order, as each item is made to order in small batches.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

3. What does “pre-order” mean?

All items are available to pre-order during a limited-time drop window. That means everything is made-to-order, just for you, in your chosen design and size — ensuring high-quality results and no sell-outs during the drop. You’ll always be able to get the design you want while the pre-order is live!

4. How long does it take for an order to be processed when after the pre-oder window?

Processing can take anywhere from 2–4 weeks after you place your order. Orders are made in the order they’re received. Since this is a solo-run operation, everything is made in small batches with care. Pre-orders are limited, and production often starts early to get your pieces out as quickly as possible.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t started processing. You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to request changes or cancellations.

7. What is your refund policy?

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out — I’m more than happy to help you pick the perfect piece.

8. Do you offer custom clothing?

Yes! I offer custom T-shirts. If you have a design you’d like printed, or want to discuss an idea, please contact me at info@apparelbypreet.com or send me a DM on Instagram. We can chat about your design, print size and placement, and what you’d like on your T-shirt. 

9. Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

Absolutely — as long as your orders haven’t started processing. Just send an email as soon as possible with the order numbers you'd like to combine, and I’ll refund any extra shipping fees.

10. How will I know about new drops or restocks?

Follow @apparelbypreet on Instagram or subscribe to the newsletter to stay in the loop on all upcoming drops or restocks.

11. How do I wash my items?

The most asked question — and an important one!

  • Wash inside out

  • Use a cold, gentle cycle

  • Air dry for best results
    This helps preserve the print and quality of your item for the long haul.
