Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. However, if you need to make any changes or corrections to your order, please reach out within 48 hours of placing it (as long as your order hasn't been processed yet). Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Damages or Issues
We want to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you notice any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays do happen (especially due to weather, incorrect address information, or other carrier-related issues). We can’t be responsible for these delays, but we’ll always do our best to help you with any lost or missing packages. If your package can’t be tracked or is marked as lost, we’ll send a replacement order. If the tracking shows your package was delivered, we can’t issue a refund until the issue is fully resolved. If something goes wrong, don’t hesitate to reach out with your order number, and we’ll assist you in any way we can!
